Tier 3 Project Engineer (MSP) – Path to Leadership
Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
What you’ll do
Own a dedicated client (multi-site) as their go-to engineer and primary technical contact.
Partner with remote Tier 2/3 engineers; drive clear status, tight handoffs, and strong documentation.
Balance project execution and support evenly, prioritizing impact and communication.
Qualifications
Deep hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Windows Server.
Ability to architect and implement new environments end-to-end (not just maintain).
Solid networking infrastructure fundamentals (FortiGate/VPNs, switching/APs).
Client-facing polish, documentation discipline, and reliable, team-oriented mindset.
Location & Travel
Los Angeles (preferred): Must live ~45 minutes from El Segundo, CA and have a vehicle. Expect 1–2 on-site client days/week in LA.
