Articulate repairs to customers and explain invoices clearly. Drive a van in Northern Colorado and surrounding areas to perform recalls, maintenance, and minor repairs. Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies. Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems. Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional needed services and complete online multi-point inspection reports. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Requirements
Ability to learn quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Team player; computer literate. Valid driver’s license. We Offer
