The ideal candidate would be a "C" level tech. Someone comfortable with all express / quick lane services and has a working knowledge of the IDS and has had some exposure to recalls and warranty procedure. We would be willing to train the correct candidate who has some or most of these qualities. In this role you will also have interactions with our guests (customers). So being personable around people is a huge help.

Responsibilities

Ability to articulate repairs to customer and explain invoices to customer.

Drive a Van in Northern Colorado and surrounding areas to perform recalls, maintenance, and minor repair.

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies

Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report

Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements

Are a fast learner

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Have excellent customer service skills

Are computer literate

Have a valid driver’s license
