Job Summary
is to register outpatient and inpatient services, process forms, obtain consents, collect payments, review accounts for outstanding balances, transmit information to appropriate hospital areas, and ensure compliance with all Federal and State mandates. This role receives demographic information from sources such as Paragon, patient and/or family members, and processes it as appropriate. All services are delivered in accordance with the Mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospital. Responsibilities Register outpatient and inpatient services. Process forms and obtain required consents. Collect payments and review accounts for outstanding balances. Disseminate information to appropriate departments within the hospitals. Ensure services align with the organization’s Mission and SPIRIT values.
