Consumer Banker III (Bexley) at First Financial Bank. Join to apply for this role. Location: Columbus, OH. Salary: $44,720.00-$57,500.00. This position involves working with existing FFB clients and prospecting for new clients to deepen relationships, including coordinating with internal partners such as Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management. Responsibilities

Open and maintain accounts; perform related maintenance functions. Operate Teller drawer as directed by management. Engage with clients through active calling, conversations, and follow-up to support relationships and revenue growth. Contribute to the First Financial Bank Experience by partnering with internal constituencies to deliver service or solutions. Ensure timely client follow-up, maintain operational and risk management standards, and assist clients in a variety of channels (branch, drive-thru, phone, and email). Adhere to compliance and regulatory procedures; track and report business results to FCM. Collaborate with District Specialists to execute retail strategies, attract and retain core client relationships, and fulfill financial needs while delivering a quality Client Experience. Serve as a client’s trusted advisor by utilizing the First Client Conversation Model and supporting sales and service activities in site center huddles and meetings. Meet or exceed sales, service, and referral goals through teamwork with the District and lines of business. Provide digital assistance and support for clients using the bank’s online offerings; stay informed on bank products and procedures, including complex areas. Qualifications

3-4 years of experience coaching/mentoring in a retail environment. 3-4 years of sales and service experience with a track record of achieving goals. 3-4 years of demonstrated success in achieving performance goals. High school diploma or GED required; 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant banking experience welcomed. Skills and Attributes

Ability to serve diverse client needs per bank policy; ability to lead teams and outside sales efforts; high level of initiative and collaboration. Works with limited supervision, follows guidelines, and uses subject-matter expertise to advise others. Physical Requirements

Occasionally lifts and carries up to 50 lbs; frequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs; frequently sits, stands, walks, and drives. Compliance and Training
