Senior Accountant
for our privately held Harrison, OH client company HQ. As the Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our client’s accounting operations and report to an Assistant Controller. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and maintaining supporting schedules. Own critical account reconciliations and ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. Serve as the primary liaison between Accounts Receivable and leadership, resolving issues and standardizing processes. Support ERP implementation and other cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy. Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and streamline workflows. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in US GAAP. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Experience with ERP systems; prior implementation experience preferred. What Makes This Role Exciting Impactful Work:
