Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr A client of Insight Global within the Private Equity space is seeking a driven recruiter with 3–5 years’ experience in financial services or a fast-paced, highly regulated industry. The ideal candidate is a gritty hunter—energized by sourcing top talent and building pipelines from scratch. Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all financial roles, from entry-level to executive, within a private equity-backed organization.
Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines through direct outreach, networking, and industry research.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and regulatory compliance fit.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
Coordinate interview processes, feedback loops, and offer negotiations to ensure timely and successful hires.
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment activity; leverage data for continuous process improvement.
Represent the firm’s values and employer brand in all candidate interactions and market-facing activities.
Qualifications
3-5 years of fast-paced recruiting experience
Strong experience in the financial services space
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, extremely professional environment
