Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

A client of Insight Global within the Private Equity space is seeking a driven recruiter with 3–5 years’ experience in financial services or a fast-paced, highly regulated industry. The ideal candidate is a gritty hunter—energized by sourcing top talent and building pipelines from scratch. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all financial roles, from entry-level to executive, within a private equity-backed organization.
• Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines through direct outreach, networking, and industry research.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and regulatory compliance fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
• Coordinate interview processes, feedback loops, and offer negotiations to ensure timely and successful hires.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment activity; leverage data for continuous process improvement.
• Represent the firm’s values and employer brand in all candidate interactions and market-facing activities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of fast-paced recruiting experience
• Strong experience in the financial services space
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, extremely professional environment
