About the role

As an Associate, Recruiting you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. You will play a critical part in building a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with our goals and values. You will report to the Lead Consultant, Recruiting. BHI Recruiting work 100% REMOTE. Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through several channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Schedule interviews with hiring teams. Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Update applicant tracking systems (ATS). Support employer branding projects and recruitment marketing efforts. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications

No experience required up to 3 years of recruiting experience preferred in a corporate or agency setting. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices. We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
