The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience representing issuers, investors and / or back leverage providers in asset based / structured finance transactions. Principal experience must include warehouse lending facilities, forward flow transactions, whole loan transfers and repurchase agreements, in addition to securitization or securitization-related matters. You are experienced in managing components of transactions independently. You are a highly-motivated and proactive team player with a results-oriented work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable client relationship skills. You have experience managing associate teams and are a good communicator looking to work in a collaborative practice that features a lot of client-facing opportunities. You are a member of the State Bar of New York. Strong academic credentials and strong prior Big Law work experience required. Own Your MoFo Career

The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities / states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications. New York, NY annual salary range: $390,000 to $435,000
