Kingwood Pines Hospital is a 116 bed facility located in the Kingwood community, about 30 miles northeast of the Houston Medical Center. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency services and serves children, adolescents, and adults for psychiatric and behavioral health, including intensive outpatient and partial hospital program services.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manages job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitors ATS for accuracy. Records Management: Maintains, audits, and ensures all human resources records are current and filed. Onboarding: Manages New Hire Onboarding Program. Compliance: Ensures employee training, licensure and certifications are current and up to date. Special Projects: Oversight of special projects as assigned by the HRD (e.g., coordination of Skills Competency Fair, Retention & Employee Appreciation Initiatives). Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of human resources generalist experience required. Healthcare HR experience preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or related area required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and legal requirements (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC); knowledge of Joint Commission requirements and state and federal regulatory agencies; ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and leaders at all levels; ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
