They’re seeking a Licensed Residential Architect to join their growing Los Angeles-based team and help lead the next chapter in redefining residential design. The Role
As the Project Architect, you’ll lead the design and development of high-end luxury properties in Los Angeles and abroad. This is a hands-on, leadership role for a creative architect who thrives on design excellence, technical precision, and seeing ideas built beautifully. You’ll guide every phase of the architectural process — from early concept and design development through documentation and construction — collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and senior leadership to bring bespoke residences to life. What You’ll Do
Lead the Design Process
– Drive projects from concept to completion, creating innovative and luxurious design solutions that reflect timeless quality and forward-thinking design. Oversee Documentation & Technical Accuracy
– Produce and review detailed construction documents, ensuring alignment with local building codes and regulations. Collaborate Across Teams
– Partner with leadership, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality are maintained through every stage. Manage Projects End-to-End
– Oversee site analysis, design development, construction documentation, and administration with precision and efficiency. Maintain Quality & Integrity
– Uphold the highest design and craftsmanship standards through active involvement during construction. Deliver on Time & Budget
– Track budgets, schedules, and deliverables to meet project milestones and maintain client satisfaction. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution Licensed Architect in California (active and in good standing) 7+ years of experience in high-end residential or luxury property design Proven expertise in concept design, detailing, and documentation for custom residences Proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, etc.) Strong communication and leadership skills — able to manage client relationships and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams Exceptional attention to detail and quality control throughout design and construction Why Join
