In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and engaging candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You’ll support our growing organization, enhance our employer brand, and ensure every candidate walks away with a great impression of who we are. What You’ll Do
Own the recruitment process
from start to finish — requisitions, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers
to understand department needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Write compelling job postings
that tell our story and attract top talent across job boards, social media, and other channels. Source proactively
using networking, referrals, and professional associations. Engage candidates thoughtfully , conducting initial interviews and guiding them through every stage of the process. Coordinate interviews
and communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience. Collaborate with HR and leadership
to prepare offers, manage approvals, and oversee pre-onboarding steps. Maintain organization
through accurate tracking in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and reporting on key recruiting metrics. Represent the brand
at career fairs, networking events, and through employer branding initiatives. Contribute to special projects
and process improvements that strengthen our overall talent strategy. What We’re Looking For
