Pay Base pay range
$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Responsibilities
Interacts with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements.
Sources, screens and interviews applicants in line with requirements and ensures that the reference checking process is completed.
Souses candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams.
Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes through the use of creative and innovative techniques and tools.
Coordinates interviews with Hiring Managers / defined panels.
Develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offer and finalizes start date with candidate.
Continues interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization.
Leads and closes all formalities related to onboarding of the candidate.
Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirements that conform to the local labor code.
Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects including agency performance.
Exercises judgment on the right sourcing channels to be used.
Responsible for managing hiring using appropriate strategies to ensure the best quality of hire and cost per hire.
Utilizes MyJobs system throughout the talent acquisition process.
Develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources.
May develop, support and maintain employment advertising campaigns, college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.
Supports team or other team members on specific project based hiring requirements through developing appropriate strategies.
Develops and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Focuses on coordination of talent acquisition and onboarding activities
Supports talent acquisition shared services
Facilitates new hire orientation sessions both in person and over phone
Facilitates document collection, monitoring of background and drug screen results and resolving various onboarding issues
Supports more senior level team members
Works on hiring for high volume positions and/or jobs that are administrative or operational or internal in nature
Work is regularly reviewed by senior level team members or leadership
High volume and routine hiring and/or internal hiring requires significant detail in following set policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance
Ability to lead candidates and hiring managers through processes are key to success Ensures process is followed
Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$20.00 - $23.00/hr.
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
