About the Role
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Operations Department provides high‑level administrative support to the Vice President of Engineering, Director of Manufacturing & Facilities, and Director of PMR. This role ensures the smooth coordination of day‑to‑day operations, manages complex schedules, facilitates communication across departments, and supports the execution of strategic initiatives. The EA serves as a key liaison within the organization, handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. What You’ll Do
Administrative & Executive Support Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for three senior leaders. Anticipate the needs of the executives to ensure efficient workflow and timely responses. Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reports. Operational Coordination Support the planning and execution of departmental meetings, reviews, and company‑wide initiatives. Assist with project coordination, milestone tracking, and documentation within the Operations group. Collaborate closely with administrative peers to ensure alignment across departments. Liaise between Operations leadership and internal/external stakeholders to streamline communication. Communication & Information Management Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to Operations leadership. Who You Are
Education Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. Experience 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or high‑level managers, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and poise. Required Skills Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with proactive problem‑solving abilities. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Concur, etc.). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Where You'll Be
