Artistic Excellence: Prepare Muse Paintbar's signature paintings according to guidelines and set up the master painting above the stage before each session. Session Preparation: Use provided templates to break down paintings, ensuring clear instruction during sessions. Engaging Teaching: Lead painting sessions with step-by-step guidance, engage customers throughout, and manage session time. Session Organization: Print attendee lists, assign group seating, and organize paint palettes for a smooth experience. Welcoming Host: Greet customers, guide them to seats, and provide aprons. Food & Beverage Ambassador: Direct guests to QR menu options and attend to food and beverage needs as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience. Customer Interaction: Engage with guests, provide support, and assist with additional food and beverage orders. Photo & Social Media: Take photos during sessions to enhance guest experience and engagement. Session Cleanup: Help with breakdown and cleanup to prep the studio for future events. Shift Requirements

Part-time availability, averaging 15-25 hours per week. Ability to work varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. Required Skills And Abilities

Vibrant personality with a flair for creating an engaging atmosphere. Artistic proficiency, particularly in acrylics, and skill in teaching painting. Strong communication, punctuality, and customer service excellence. Understanding of Muse Paintbar's market, products, and services. Tech-savvy with proficiency in necessary technology for session operation. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 20% each week. Flexible availability, including weekends. Experience And Education

Must be 21 years or older. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on painting experience, acrylic painting preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant art field preferred. Prior experience in a customer-focused environment. Prior experience in group art teaching preferred. Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe Certifications (provided by Muse if needed). Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, moving, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Agility to move quickly and safely throughout the studio, including stage areas.
