We’re hiring a Store Manager to launch & lead the brand-new West Palm Beach studio. This role will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain Muse Paintbar’s high standards of creativity & service.

Who You Are You are a creative leader with a strong background in acrylic painting & art. You have at least two years of management experience in a high‑energy setting, are highly organized, an excellent communicator, and eager to bring your artistic expertise to a dynamic community.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations.
Lead and instruct painting sessions, providing clear, creative guidance.
Plan and manage special events and staffing schedules.
Oversee kitchen operations and maintain food safety & quality standards.
Drive sales through superior customer interactions.
Maintain studio visual standards and marketing collateral.
Participate in weekly business reviews with Regional Managers and conduct performance reviews with team members.
Manage time‑off, timecards, and compliance with safety and cash handling procedures.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and report complex issues.
Track inventory, submit orders, and coordinate maintenance tickets.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve studio operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Full‑time availability with a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends).
Vibrant personality with proficiency in acrylic painting.
Excellent sales, customer service, supervisory, and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Tech‑savvy: proficient with Google Workspace and Slack.
Reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
Required: 2+ years of full‑time management experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Art, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Prior experience in a customer‑focused environment (e.g., bar or restaurant).
Prior group art teaching experience preferred.
Alcohol Safety/TIPS and ServSafe Manager certification (training provided if needed).
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Stand for extended periods; bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Move quickly in tight spaces, on raised surfaces (stage).
Work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with music and large groups.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work environment when needed.
