We are looking for an experienced
Event Manager
to join a high-performing Regional Marketing team. You will plan and deliver impactful in-person and virtual events for the
DACH market , with potential to expand across EMEA. This role reports to the Senior Director of Regional Marketing and partners closely with Regional Sales and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop event strategies for company-led, partner-led, and third-party initiatives to meet business goals. End-to-End Event Management:
Oversee all elements of assigned events—from venue selection and budgeting to agenda creation, speaker management, and on-site execution—to ensure an outstanding attendee experience. Operations & Vendor Management:
Coordinate day-to-day event communications, manage third-party vendors, and maintain consistent internal and external messaging. Project Management:
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and demand-generation teams to ensure smooth planning and flawless execution. Brand Consistency:
Ensure all events align with established brand standards and deliver measurable value. Requirements
Experience:
3+ years in event management, ideally within SaaS or B2B marketing. Proven success planning and executing customer, prospect, and partner events across regions. Strong project management and time-management skills,
able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of event logistics, warehousing, material handling, and vendor coordination. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience collaborating with corporate functions such as branding, finance, and procurement. Ability to create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns around events. Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. How to Apply
