Job Description
The Marketing Manager supports the Marketing Director in developing and executing integrated marketing, communications, and community engagement strategies that strengthen brand awareness, enhance guest engagement, and generate revenue across all American Niagara Hospitality (ANH) properties. The Marketing Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day implementation of marketing initiatives, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring that brand messaging is consistent across all digital, media, and community channels.

Must be based in WNY, this is an onsite position in Niagara Falls near the world famous Falls

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Audience Engagement
Implement content and campaign strategies developed in collaboration with the Marketing Director
Partner with social media and email marketing staff to ensure digital campaigns follow best practices and deliver measurable results
Manage email marketing campaigns with a modern approach: audience segmentation, automation, personalization, and performance analysis
Ensure website and third‑party booking platforms (Expedia, Bookings, etc.) are accurate, updated, and optimized for engagement
Explore and support implementation of emerging digital channels (SMS/texting, influencer partnerships, live activations) as directed by the Marketing Director
Community & Partnerships
Manage community‑based initiatives such as the Adventure Passport, Student of the Month programs, and other regional relationships to increase brand visibility
Represent ANH properties at local community and tourism events as needed
Build and sustain relationships with local organizations, schools, and tourism partners to extend brand reach and strengthen community connections
Media Relations & Storytelling
Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and storytelling content in alignment with the Marketing Director’s PR strategy
Support media outreach and cultivate influencer relationships to increase coverage and awareness of ANH properties
Coordinate photography, video shoots, and creative storytelling projects for marketing campaigns and brand promotion
Advertising & Brand Awareness
Manage execution of advertising partnerships (Expedia, PLUS Media, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand marketing goals
Assist in the promotion of packages, seasonal offerings, and on‑site experiences through marketing campaigns
Track campaign performance and provide reporting to inform future marketing strategies
Internal Collaboration & Brand Consistency
Collaborate with the Art Director and creative resources to produce on‑brand collateral and promotional materials
Partner with operational departments (Food & Beverage, Events, Guest Services) to support marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency
Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all guest‑facing and community‑facing platforms
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain organized records of marketing activities, campaigns, and media outreach
Stay up to date on hospitality marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches to the Marketing Director
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall marketing function across various properties
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields or equivalent experience without the marketing industry; knowledge of service‑based businesses preferred
3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or hospitality is a plus
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email, content, and third‑party channel management
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, social insights)
Highly organized, creative, and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong collaborator who thrives in a team environment under direction of the Marketing Director
