On-Call Banquet Cook-AM at DoubleTree By Hilton Sonoma Wine Country What will I be doing?
Responsible for maintaining and setting up food production station and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and all other food items prepared on the hot line. Work multiple kitchen functions to include grill, sauté, and pantry stations on the line. Maintain quality of food prepared on the line and create appealing plate designs with consistent presentation. What are we looking for?
