On-Call Banquet Cook-PM at DoubleTree By Hilton Sonoma Wine Country. Pay Rate: $23 - $25 Work Location: DoubleTree Rohnert Park/Sonoma Schedule: Part-time Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining and setting up food production station and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and all other food items prepared on the hot line. Work multiple kitchen functions to include grill, sauté, and pantry stations on the line. Maintain quality of food prepared on the line and ensure appealing plate designs and presentation.
