Join as a seasonal,
Experienced Tax Professional
and serve clients with diverse tax needs with the support of an expert team. Receive advanced tax training to be successful. Inspire clients to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money and build client relationships that grow stronger over time. Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools. Prepare complete and accurate tax returns. Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services. Provide clients with IRS support and tax notice services (as applicable). Mentor and support teammates. Fulfill certification and experience requirements as listed below. What you’ll bring to the team
Conduct tax interviews with clients via video, phone, chat, or email. Prepare complete and accurate tax returns. Experience with virtual tools and comfortable communicating in person, by phone, and in writing. Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax; experience completing individual returns and in a fast-paced environment. IRS and applicable state requirements: must meet them. High school diploma or higher. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred). CPA or Enrolled Agent certification (preferred). Experience with complex returns (individual, trust, partnership). 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax. Benefits
