Administrative Assistant - Temporary

– 40 hours per week for a 6-8 week assignment at a Permanent Supportive Housing Development for Homeless and at-Risk Veterans in Basking Ridge, NJ. Responsibilities
Answer all calls promptly and courteously; refer to appropriate staff. Open incoming mail and distribute to appropriate staff. Accept maintenance/repair requests; complete work order forms and forward to the Service Manager for timely completion. General office filing. Prepare memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to staff and monitor compliance. Direct preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board meetings. File and maintain Association documents and records; create and maintain database and spreadsheet files. Provide assistance and/or coverage at other sister sites within the company portfolio if needed. Perform other duties as assigned to facilitate effective site operations. Take initiative and be self-motivated. Exhibit excellent customer service skills. Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of business experience providing clerical and administrative support. Knowledge of Onesite Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Compensation and Benefits
