$44,500.00/yr - $67,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Deliver high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients by assisting with the Branch\'s workflow processes and providing routine client support. Report to the Branch Client Service Supervisor and contribute to client retention, client satisfaction, and the value delivered to clients and prospects. Support the Commercial Client Service team in achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Create documents, certificates, and communications using appropriate systems and resources (forms, certificates, reports, etc.). Required qualifications
High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred qualifications
Associate\'s degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience. Previous experience managing client relationships. Exceptional organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication; proficiency with technology to maximize productivity and quality. Compensation And Benefits
