About the Role
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a healthcare department during a 4-month leave coverage. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in healthcare or corporate administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across teams
Arrange domestic and international travel logistics
Prepare and submit expense reports using expense management software
Screen and manage communications, including emails and calls
Provide general administrative support to the department as needed
Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for recurring and ad‑hoc meetings
Include agenda creation, meeting materials, room setup, and logistics
Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and documents for functional teams
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with expense reporting software (e.g., Concur or similar)
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Prior experience coordinating travel and managing calendars for multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and time management skills
Must be comfortable coming onsite to Long Beach, CA for meetings at least once per quarter (every 3 months)

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
