B2B OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

Bohemia NY

TERRITORIES:

Greater Central Long Island

WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

1-2 days in office / ~3 days in the field

COMPENSATION:

~$65k Guaranteed Base & Allowances + Uncapped Commissions & Quarterly Bonuses (First year OTE: $80k+)

B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and a robust CRM platform with access to warm and qualified leads.

B2B Sales Execution:

Sell into small, mid-sized, and enterprise accounts across industries including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, hospitality, education, healthcare, and more.

Relationship Development:

Build trusted relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.

Strategic Selling:

Develop and execute territory sales strategies designed to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

Contract Negotiation:

Structure and close deals that ensure customer satisfaction and long-term profitability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Reporting & Forecasting:

Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance updates for management.

B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS & BENEFITS

Proven interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision makers.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills with a disciplined approach to achieving sales targets.

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
