Retail Sales Consultant – AT&T
Overview: Join AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant, focused on creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. You’ll help customers explore AT&T’s full suite of products, devices and services to meet their needs and drive sales targets.
Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor to guide customers through options and demonstrate product value. Engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Support a schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment and keep current with evolving technology and customer needs. Qualifications
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? The company offers tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals. Compensation and Benefits
Salary range of $40,000 to $63,000 per year, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers; starting salary may vary by geography, experience, and training.
