Responsibilities
Conduct in-home sales consultations focused on HVAC, comfort, and efficiency. Assess homeowner needs, develop, and present HVAC replacement/upgrade proposals, secure sales, process orders, and work with company teammates to ensure customer satisfaction. This position will work with new and existing customers to guide them through the Sales Process while exploring equipment and financing options. Follow up on sales leads and lists, both self-generated and via other sources. Maintain an average sale price set forth by the brand. Utilize the One Hour Sales System properly on every call. Effectively write and present proposals. Negotiate value and address resistance. Negotiate value, address resistance, and close the sale. Knowledge of HVAC field concepts, practices, best practices, procedures, tools, and equipment. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Health benefits with 70% covered by company.
