Sales Manager – Replacement Sales Italy, Spain, Portugal (m/f/d)

As a sponsor of Real Madrid and Chelsea and due to the opening of our new production site in Serbia, we are expanding our brand presence in the European market. We are looking for a Sales Manager for Italy, Spain and Portugal to expand our Sales Team in Europe.

Responsibilities

Scan market and collect information about market development trends

Acquisition of new customers and maintain customer relationships

Create product- and brand strategy based on market analysis

Support on solution for customer complaint program

Improve brand recognition by building brand shops and carry out marketing activities

Report information and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

Academic Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position

5+ years of sales experience in tire industry

Familiar to work with cross-functional and international teams

Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

Fluent in English and native in a local language; any other additional language is a plus

Open-minded, teamwork and cross-cultural communication
