As a Car Sales Representative, your main objective will be customer service and assisting clients through the purchasing process. You don’t need experience in the automotive industry – any customer-orientated jobs translate over well. The ideal candidate is ready to learn and willing to help.

Experienced Car Sales Representative Responsibilities
Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how those needs translate to a new vehicle.
Show and explain exactly what the new car has and how it operates.
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
Negotiate sales transactions.
Attend training and sales meetings.
Complete sales transaction paperwork.
Experienced Car Sales Representative Compensation And Benefits
Commission-based pay plan – there is no limit to how much money you can make.
$4,000 per month guarantee for the first 90 days.

Experienced Car Sales Representative Requirements
2+ years of prior automotive sales experience. (New car franchise is preferred but not required).
In-depth knowledge of how to use and operate a CRM, preferably DriveCentric.
Ability to source and chase down leads.
MOPAR experience preferred.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
