Greet customers, assess their needs, and explain how those needs translate to a vehicle. Demonstrate vehicle features and operation. Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email. Negotiate sales transactions. Attend training and sales meetings. Complete sales transaction paperwork. Benefits & Compensation
Commission-based pay with no cap on earnings. $4,000 per month guarantee for the first 90 days. Health Insurance (starting at under $100 per month). Dental, Vision, and Company-Paid Life Insurance. 2+ years of prior automotive sales experience (new car franchise preferred but not required). In-depth knowledge of CRM usage; DriveCentric preferred. Ability to source and chase leads. MOPAR experience preferred. Corporate requirements
