Door-to-Door Sales Rep (Spring Hill / Central Florida) Flow Motion is a family-owned lawn and irrigation company serving Central Florida. We are rolling out a Neighborhood Mowing Program that offers major savings to homeowners when their street signs up together. We are seeking an outgoing, motivated sales rep to go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods and educate residents about how they can get mowing service for as low as $35 per visit.

Responsibilities

Walk or drive through selected neighborhoods

Knock doors and explain the program using our flyer and iPad sign-up form

Collect conditional commitments for group pricing (we handle service)

Track leads and signups (no cold calling)

You’re a great fit if

You’re friendly, confident, and know how to build trust face-to-face

You have a clean appearance and represent brands well

You’re self-motivated and thrive on commission + performance pay

You enjoy being outside and talking to people

What We Provide

$20/hr base pay

$5 per house that signs up
