Serve as a beauty educator and expert, offering advice, product demonstrations, and tailored consultations including makeup applications and skincare recommendations. Build and manage a loyal client base through consistent follow-up, virtual outreach, and personalized service with the goal of exceeding expectations and achieving sales targets. Create a welcoming shopping experience: greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, maintain an organized sales floor, and stay informed on new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions. Highlight loyalty benefits and ensure customers have all they need, ending interactions with a sincere thank-you and using the customer’s name. Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive team environment and deliver strong results through continuous learning and goal attainment. Qualifications
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships with customers, uncovering needs, demonstrating product application, and educating on benefits and use of beauty products Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized space, leveraging clienteling tools, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through training and vendor education Meet and surpass daily sales goals with exceptional service Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required Essential Physical Requirements
Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands Standing for extended periods, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching above eye level Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment to process transactions and perform job functions What We Can Offer You
