Overview
Impact Property Solutions is seeking an entry level HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department with payroll processes, personnel records, and employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to data integrity. Responsibilities
Prepare and process multiple payrolls accurately and on schedule. Enter employee data related to compensation, benefits, and timekeeping. Support hiring, onboarding, and termination workflows in the HRIS. Ensure integrity and up-to-date employee records and data accuracy across systems. Create and maintain physical and digital personnel files in compliance with company policy and legal requirements. Generate reports and assist with HRIS audits as needed. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee records. Conduct periodic audits to verify completeness and accuracy of documentation. Assist with new hire orientation and offboarding processes. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Help coordinate employee engagement events and internal communications. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively Proactive problem-solving ability Benefits
