Commercial Real Estate Associates

Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through networking, prospecting, and relationship management.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Prepare proposals, marketing materials, and property presentations.
Negotiate lease and sales agreements under the supervision and mentorship of senior brokers.
Collaborate with internal marketing, research, and management teams to support client goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, zoning regulations, and local market developments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field).
Active South Carolina Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
Sales experience a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, Buildout, etc. a plus).
