Assistant Insurance Fund Services Representative New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) is seeking an Assistant Insurance Fund Services Representative to perform administrative tasks for the Claims Investigations unit as directed and overseen by an Investigator 3.

Base pay range $53,413.00/yr - $65,061.00/yr

Description NYSIF is seeking an Assistant Insurance Fund Services Representative to perform administrative tasks for the Claims Investigations unit as directed and overseen by an Investigator 3.

Responsibilities

Sending email notification of evidence to case managers and point people.

Assisting with the review of reports and video evidence for comparison and accuracy.

Accessing a designated mailbox for miscellaneous emails from vendors.

Reviewing OFAC lists.

Collecting data, entering information into Claims Center, and accessing eCase to ensure evidence was delivered for upcoming hearings.

Other investigations tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Four years of customer service experience that required independence in both verbal and written communication responsibilities; OR

An associate’s degree or higher and two years of customer service experience as described above.
