Assistant Insurance Fund Services Representative
Job Description NYSIF is seeking an Assistant Insurance Fund Services Representative to perform administrative tasks for the Claims Investigations unit as directed and overseen by an Investigator 3.
Responsibilities
Send email notification of evidence to case managers and point people.
Assist with the review of reports and video evidence for comparison and accuracy.
Access a designated mailbox for miscellaneous emails from vendors.
Review OFAC lists.
Collect data, enter information into Claims Center, and access eCase to ensure evidence was delivered for upcoming hearings.
Other investigations tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Four years of customer service experience that required independence in both verbal and written communication responsibilities, OR
An associate’s degree or higher and two years of customer service experience as described above.
Location 1045 7th North Street, Liverpool, NY 13088, Onondaga County
Work Schedule Workweek: Mon‑Fri, 37.5 hours per week. Workday: 8 AM–5 PM. Telecommuting allowed: Yes. Flextime, mandatory overtime, and compressed workweek are not allowed.
