Personal Lines Account Manager

Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts from start to finish (A-Z servicing). Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle quoting for both new and renewal business. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Epic software. Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide clients with the best possible solutions. Qualifications/Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in personal lines. Proficiency in using Epic software is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing client accounts. Compensation Package
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered 401(k) Employment information
