Personal Lines Account Manager – Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a growing team. This role is essential in managing daily servicing tasks, cross-selling opportunities, and quoting new and renewal business for standard personal lines accounts. Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to clients by managing all aspects of personal lines accounts. Handle daily servicing tasks, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance. Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to meet client needs. Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately. Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and workflows. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
