Vaco has partnered with a growing financial industry client in downtown Indianapolis to fill a Bookkeeper position. This position is fully in the office until trained. The position could eventually have a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities
Performing recurring bookkeeping services for the firm\'s clients Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients by providing enthusiastic customer service Assisting clients with accounting and basic software issues Meeting monthly and semi-monthly deadlines Handling sensitive and confidential information Performing or assisting with other services and special projects as needed Knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred Clear and professional communication with clients and other team members needed Qualifications
