Our team values accuracy, integrity, and collaboration, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our growing operations. Position Summary The Bookkeeper will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records for our clients. This position involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the firm’s CPAs and tax professionals. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update general ledgers and financial records for multiple clients Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts Process accounts payable and receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist with payroll processing and related filings Support tax preparation and audits as needed Ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm policies Communicate with clients regarding financial data and documentation Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting environment Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Flexible work environment Job Function Accounting/Auditing Industries Public Accounting We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
