Team Lead- Polymer Concrete (PC) role at Hubbell Gas Utility Solutions (HGUS). Location: Rocky Mount, NC, US, 27804. Company: Hubbell Incorporated. Responsibilities

Manage daily lead duties for the PC team, including assigning work and monitoring progress. Enforce PPE and safety requirements; direct and redirect employees as needed. Serve as backup for the supervisor in their absence and back up the process technician as needed. Lead the production line to ensure product is produced according to schedule. Provide work assignments, daily production paperwork, and monitor progress of production staff. Verify production paperwork is completed and accurate. Maintain clean and organized work areas; ensure housekeeping is acceptable. Generate work orders for mold changes, new setups, and repairs when necessary. Monitor resin usage, correct as necessary, and report any issues. Report to the supervisor if casters are not following the mix sheets and/or work instructions; redirect castors out of area or off task. Replenish consumables as needed and ensure fiber cutting aligns with process requirements. Assist supervisor with monitoring employees’ break times and overall attendance as needed. Provide honest, accurate, and timely feedback to the supervisor regarding caster performance and opportunities for improvement. Lead by example; follow all policies and procedures and ensure team compliance. Report to the supervisor as needed. Capable of leading pre-shift meetings if needed. Monitor and address quality of parts produced by casters; assist in resolving issues; retraining as needed. Maintain good working relationships with other departments. Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure the PC team follows them. Other job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Must be in good standing (no active disciplinary write-ups). Strong ethical standards, good communication, and the ability to lead a team. Ability to work independently or in a team; strong organization and communication skills. Qualifications

Experience leading a production team in a manufacturing environment, preferably with polymer concrete processes. Ability to understand PC processes and serve as backup for the process technician. Strong organizational and communication skills; capacity to train new associates on processes and procedures. Commitment to safety and quality, with ability to monitor and improve process performance.
