Full-Time Key Responsibilities
Greet late-night arrivals with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention that anticipates their needs. Conduct nightly audits with precision, reconciling hotel revenue activity according to company standards. Prepare and distribute detailed reports for executive review, including revenue summaries, daily transactions, and occupancy breakdowns. Respond to guest requests with elegance, offering thoughtful solutions and tailored recommendations. Monitor property security to ensure a safe, serene, and inviting environment. Execute wake-up calls, transportation arrangements, and special requests with poise and timeliness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and adjacent guest areas, reflecting The Ben’s standards of luxury. Communicate guest preferences, notable events, and operational insights to morning leadership for seamless service continuity. Protect guest confidentiality and financial records with integrity and discretion. Serve as a gracious brand ambassador, embodying The Ben’s dedication to excellence and guest satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience
Prior experience in luxury hospitality or a 4- or 5-star hotel preferred. Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, SynXIS, or similar). Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in financial reconciliation. Polished communication skills and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure. Flexible availability including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Physical & Working Conditions
