Structure deals for maximum profitability while ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws Present and sell finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers in a clear and ethical manner Build strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive financing options Accurately complete all F&I paperwork and submit deals promptly Utilize Reynolds & Reynolds to manage contracts, compliance, and reporting efficiently Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI scores Qualifications
Previous F&I Manager experience in automotive retail required Strong knowledge of lending practices, extended service contracts, GAP, and protection products Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience required Excellent communication, closing, and compliance skills Professional, driven, and customer-focused personality
