Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Overview Our client, a large and fast-paced powersports dealership group in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to lead all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance operations. This position plays a key role in maximizing profitability, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has a proven background in high-volume F&I operations within the powersports, marine, or automotive industries. This professional will combine strong sales and compliance skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all finance and insurance activities for the dealership, including loan origination, product sales, and contract processing.
Maximize profitability by effectively presenting and selling finance products, extended service agreements, GAP, and related aftermarket programs.
Ensure full compliance with all state and federal lending and privacy regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and financial partners to secure the most competitive financing options.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to streamline customer transactions.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics (penetration rates, profit per unit, product mix, and customer satisfaction).
Train and mentor sales staff on financing options and best practices for a smooth F&I process.
Review and finalize all contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness before funding.
Report directly to the General Manager or Dealer Principal.
Qualifications
5–10+ years of F&I or Finance Manager experience in a high-volume powersports, marine, or automotive dealership.
Strong understanding of F&I products, compliance regulations, and financing structures.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient with DMS and F&I software systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
Total compensation range: $110,000 – $150,000+, depending on experience and results.
