Analyze and resolve complex real estate issues to support a federal agency’s mission Conduct public records research, business case analysis, and budget/schedule development Lead negotiations for land-use agreements, including leases and licenses Facilitate meetings to develop and execute real estate strategies Perform real estate clearance actions, including site permitting and easement acquisitions What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal property real estate program support Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings Significant experience in real estate research and analysis, including legal documents Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Google Earth Pro, and Acrobat Pro How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) training Experience drafting and tracking land-use agreements Background in collaborating with project managers and environmental specialists Proven ability to prepare real estate action plans and decision briefs Familiarity with GIS applications and environmental assessments We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
