is proud to support a growing, global organization in their search for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant plays a key role in managing full cycle accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This position leads core aspects of the month-end and quarter-end close process, prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, and supports financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies. Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Additional compensation
Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Lead the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses for multiple entities and currencies. Maintain detailed schedules for key balance sheet accounts and assist with internal and external reporting deliverables. Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and analyses as needed. Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, legal, and other teams to analyze results and resolve accounting issues. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Assist with accounting for special projects, acquisitions, and other non-recurring transactions. Prepare and maintain documentation to support internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as needed in support of evolving business needs. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting or corporate accounting background preferred. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and full-cycle accounting principles. Experience with multi-entity consolidations and foreign currency transactions is a plus. Proficiency with accounting ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar). Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and recommend process improvements. CPA certification preferred but not required. Hybrid work schedule and comprehensive PTO plan.
