Responsibilities As a Direct Support Associate in our program, you will participate alongside individuals in enriching, integrative activities throughout their communities. You will gain hands-on experience working with adults with diverse abilities and needs, supporting them to achieve greater independence. Your role will be flexible, adjusting from supervision to hand-over-hand assistance as you support each individual during work, cooking classes, yoga, or other vocational activities in their communities.
Qualifications You must be 18 years of age or older and have two years of work history. You must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements.
Compensation $19/hour
Hours Monday through Friday, 9am–3pm
