Role
Provide vision, direction, and coaching for a team of Technical Product Owners supporting enterprise applications.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver solutions that move the business forward.
Oversee end‑to‑end product development using Agile principles and strong SDLC discipline.
Remove obstacles, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Stay current with Microsoft development tools (.NET, C#, SQL) and architectural best practices to guide sound technical decisions.
Requirements
5+ years of prior experience in Software Development, with a strong foundation in Microsoft development (.NET, C#, SQL).
1–3 years of experience leading teams or managing product delivery efforts.
Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, executable technology roadmaps.
Fintech or Banking industry experience.
Prefers experience with Azure DevOps.
