opening in the St. Louis, MO area. In this role, you will lead a team of Product Owners responsible for supporting and advancing key payment platforms across the organization. This role is ideal for a leader who excels at driving results through people and processes in a financial services or banking.

Role
Manage IT product teams and report the roadmap of payment platforms to executive leadership. Report to the CIO.
Lead and support teams of IT and Business professionals to drive product innovation in the enterprise organization.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure technical vision and software development align with the organization’s goals.
Oversee team operations by improving procedures and policies, ensuring effective implementation, and managing staffing decisions including hiring, performance, and development.
Requirements
10+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in product ownership, product management, or IT leadership.
5+ years of financial services industry experience required.
Prior support experience in payment platforms, check, wire, Credit card payments.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and technology‑driven business processes.
Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement of payment services within the organization.
